Our Mission with the SYC is to show youth how to train and eat correctly for health and performance.
What does this mean?
Firstly, they know how to train correctly.
They learn that functional movements like squatting, deadlifting, pressing, pull ups, push ups, burpees and running are better for health and performance than their counterparts of bicep curls and pec fly’s.
Secondly, they know how to eat healthy.
We preach a whole food diet and reinforce this by covering a nutrition theme each week, along with giving out recipes for them to try out at home.
Lastly, we believe that better people make better athletes. Hence the SYC is built upon a foundation of core values being humility, work ethic and positivity. This is our special sauce that ties it all together.
We are super proud of what we have created in the SYC program.
