The foundation of our coaching model, is education. Participants are shown how to correctly execute movements, whilst being led through a group based strength and conditioning session – targeting an array of different goals. The Strong Youth Club is perfect for both males and females who wish to increase their strength, lose or gain body weight, increase their mobility, learn about the foundations of eating for performance, and above all…make some good friends with similar goals.

Mature Age? Then there should be no reason as to why you don’t want to focus on your health and fitness. Ideal for people over 50 years, who want to ensure the longevity of a healthy lifestyle and make new friends. Our classes are scalable to every fitness level and focuses on functional movement, mobility and strength gain, for the basics of tasks.
Determine what you are really made of
Body composition analysis is essential to completely understand your health and weight. Traditional methods of assessing health, such as Body Mass Index (BMI), can be misleading and inaccurate. Let’s go beyond your bathroom scale and determine your body composition (which is broken down into four components: fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water). With your body scan, you will receive specific information detailing YOUR:
Body Fat Mass, Muscle Mass, Visceral Adipose Tissue, Bone Mineral Density, Intracellular/ Extracellular Water Levels, Estimated Basal Metabolic Rate.
Improve performance from the inside out
There is an overabundance of conflicting information on the topic of nutrition and a lack of accountability to change lifestyle habits. CrossFit Reclaim’s nutritional coaching service will take the guess work out of eating for health, performance and body composition goals.
Learn the basics of tracking your food and using tracking apps and what your body needs, in order to feel and perform its best. Learn about yourself and your tendencies with food – emotions, triggers, cravings, etc. Develop a positive relationship with food and experience first hand the importance of consistency, to see the best possible results.
Learn a new skill or master the basics
With 9-years of teaching experience at TAFE and at the UOW College delivering fitness education courses. It’s no surprise that CrossFit Reclaim’s Head Coach Sam Murphy is eager to hold a variety of seminars, on a variety of topics close to his heart.
