Participants are shown how to correctly execute movements, whilst being led through a group based strength and conditioning session – targeting an array of different goals. The Strong Youth Club is perfect for both males and females who wish to increase their strength, lose or gain body weight, increase their mobility, learn about the foundations of eating for performance, and above all…make some good friends with similar goals.

Body composition analysis is essential to completely understand your health and weight. Traditional methods of assessing health, such as Body Mass Index (BMI), can be misleading and inaccurate. Let’s go beyond your bathroom scale and determine your body composition (which is broken down into four components: fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water).
