Objectives

Our OnRamp Program is designed for new members who are just beginning their training with us.

Our two main objectives during OnRamp is to:

  1. Baseline your health and fitness goals to guide your training with us.
  2. Improve your confidence by inducting you into our gym as well as teaching you the basic movements before joining group classes.

What to expect

During your OnRamp session you’ll work with your Coach to:

1. Measure your starting point:

  • Undertake a body scan to help measure starting Body Fat %, Muscle Mass Levels etc.
  • Undertake a health screen and prior exercise history, which will include considerations for prior / existing injuries you may have.
  • Receive a blood pressure assessment.
  • Undertake a basic mobility assessment and receive feedback on how to improve.
  • Set your 90-day goals.

2. Learn the basic movement progressions for exercises commonly seen in classes.
