The LeanMe Coaching Program is for people who wish to be mentored through the process of losing a significant amount of body fat over a 3 to 12-month timeframe. Clients within the LeanMe program work closely with a Coach who will provide guidance and support in helping create and maintain sustainable lifestyle changes that will improve their health & decrease their waistlines.


A big X-factor of the LeanMe Program is the constant accountability check-ins and support in helping you create a healthier you.


It must be said, the LeanMe Program is not for everyone. This is not a quick fix program. Changing your habits/routines around your nutrition, exercise, sleep & mindset will take time. Persistence and consistency is key.


While you’ll be working closely with the best Coaches in the industry, you only get out what you put in, so you will be required to put in the work.

Details

1-on-1 Initial consult (60mins)

  • Body scan.
  • Before photo (optional).
  • 90-day goals confirmed.
  • Nutritional guidance provided based on your goals.
  • Food planning & food preparation strategies outlined.
  • Exercise plan provided (only for clients who are not members of CrossFit Reclaim).
  • Optional - Referral to a GP to undertake blood work. This helps eliminate any areas of concern that may hinder your ability to achieve results during the program.

Weekly Check-in Call

  • Talk with your Coach weekly.
  • Coach will log into your MyFitnessPal account and oversee your progress (if you’re tracking via the app).
  • Opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback.

Fortnightly Group Coaching Session

  • Meet at CrossFit Reclaim gym in a small group.
  • Receive an InBody Scan to track your progress.
  • Engage within an interactive workshop to improve your understanding of fundamental health topics such as nutrition, sleep, exercise & mindset.
  • Q&A with Coach.

Other inclusions

  • Access to LeanMe Coaching Facebook Community Group – Member forum, Sharing of info, Weekly Q&A from Coaches.
  • Weekly Recipes & Meal Prep Ideas – Posted on Facebook & sent via email.

Want to join? You must be willing to:

  1. Maintain a food diary for a minimum of 30-days. This will require you to weigh / measure and track your food consumption using MyFitnessPal. See FAQ about commonly asked questions about this requirement.
  2. Commit for a minimum of 12-weeks.

Exclusions

No individual diet plans will be written.

We will however provide you with a sample meal plan that best suits your goal along with shopping lists and recipes to help you get started.

Important information:

We don’t accommodate for “unique” diets, our nutritional guidance is based on nutritional best practices and the Australian Healthy Eating Guidelines. Therefore, if your – Gluten intolerant, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, Celiac, Un-Managed Diabetic, Fructose Intolerant, Lactose Intolerant etc. - we recommend you work one-on-one with a Registered Practicing Dietician, happy to recommend a few good ones in the Illawarra if you reach out to us.
