The LeanMe Coaching Program is for people who wish to be mentored through the process of losing a significant amount of body fat over a 3 to 12-month timeframe. Clients within the LeanMe program work closely with a Coach who will provide guidance and support in helping create and maintain sustainable lifestyle changes that will improve their health & decrease their waistlines.
A big X-factor of the LeanMe Program is the constant accountability check-ins and support in helping you create a healthier you.
It must be said, the LeanMe Program is not for everyone. This is not a quick fix program. Changing your habits/routines around your nutrition, exercise, sleep & mindset will take time. Persistence and consistency is key.
While you’ll be working closely with the best Coaches in the industry, you only get out what you put in, so you will be required to put in the work.
We will however provide you with a sample meal plan that best suits your goal along with shopping lists and recipes to help you get started.
We don’t accommodate for “unique” diets, our nutritional guidance is based on nutritional best practices and the Australian Healthy Eating Guidelines. Therefore, if your – Gluten intolerant, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, Celiac, Un-Managed Diabetic, Fructose Intolerant, Lactose Intolerant etc. - we recommend you work one-on-one with a Registered Practicing Dietician, happy to recommend a few good ones in the Illawarra if you reach out to us.
