Designed for kids aged between 8 & 11 years old, the CrossFit Kids program mixes fun and fitness whilst teaching a variety of basic functional movements across the term. Kids learn how to correctly squat, deadlift, press, pull, throw and jump in varying ways. Every class guarantees kids sweat and smile as they move through a structured warm up, workout and game to finish.
Established in 2017, the CrossFit Teens program is designed for youth aged between 12 & 17 years who wish to improve their strength, conditioning and overall athleticism under the guidance of an experienced Coaching team.
Each class starts with a structured warm up followed by skill development and a workout. Youth learn an array of weightlifting, gymnastics, conditioning and mobility exercises across the term.
Following our charter of “Mechanics - Consistency - Intensity”, youth first learn how to master each exercise before being allowed to challenge themselves by increasing their weight (intensity). This culture of “humility/coachability” within our gym promotes an environment of maturity and trust between the athlete and Coach.
