You can book in for a one-off drop-in session or for an entire week, depending on how long you are in town.

• Book your class - Spots open 48-hours prior to the class start time.
• Sign your digital documents online via our app.
• Arrive a few minutes before and check-in digitally at our front desk.
• Introduce yourself to the coach and jump into a class!
