I played lots of sports growing up including netball, soccer and touch footy. I have always had an interest in fitness and the gym, which led me to become a Physical Education (PE) Teacher. This then lent itself in me becoming a CrossFit coach. I love to help people achieve their best in whatever they choose to do and I love the feeling of seeing someone achieve something they thought they couldn’t!
Losing my mum to cancer a few years ago was definitely a turning point for me, it taught me to appreciate the people that you have in your life and to do what you love! It also made me appreciate the fact that I have the ability to train and better myself every single day!
My motivation or reason for coaching is really simple, I love to help people achieve new things and see how far they can push themselves! I want to be that positive influence for people to know that they can do anything as long as they are willing to put in the work! I want people to be the best possible versions of themselves and for them to leave sessions feeling better than when they came in!
