How Ryan increased his lean muscle mass

Had a chance to catch up with Ryan and talk about his body transformation during the past 8-week challenge. Ryan was apart of the LeanMe Coaching group throughout the challenge which meant he undertook mentorship and guidance for the entire 8 weeks. While this sounds like an easier path to take, it most certainly wasn't. We had Ryan weighing and measuring his food, gave him rigerous calorie and macronutrient goals each day, asked him to train 5 times per week and had him attend education and accountability sessions every fortnight as well as complete homework tasks.It certainly wasn't easy for Ryan, it took alot of sweat and dedication, but once Ryan results starting coming in, he became unstoppable. It was so good to witness.Ryan credits alot of his success to the support of the community and also made mention to new people looking to start CrossFit for the first time.
