Ingredients

  • 250ml Almond Milk
  • 100g Frozen Banana 80g Frozen Blueberries 30g WPI (True) Banana & Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp LSA Mix

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender jug.
  2. Blend for 60 seconds. Done!

Note

Use unsweetened almond milk to decrease overall calorie and carb levels.
