Aerobic Capacity Class
Looking for a coached class to improve your ‘engine’? Look no further.
At its core, the Aerobic Capacity Class is a structured running class. Each class involves a regulated warm up followed by various conditioning drills and to top it off, a recovery cool down. As its name suggests, this class will improve your aerobic capacity and endurance to take you further in your training journey. In this class expect to do:
- Hills, interval training, long distances over a slower duration, field running and/ or use of rower / bikes if poor weather is present.
This class is suitable for people with all levels of fitness ranging from very unfit / sedentary to extremely fit and looking for a challenge.
