In many cases, people have below average mobility / flexibility. This hinders their ability to perform movements, increases the chance of getting injured, and overall limits their ability to perform at the best of their abilities. Within the CrossFit Reclaim mobility class we use numerous forms of foam and rumble rollers, lacrosse balls and a range of other tools. We not only take you through a great mobility / stretching routine, but teach you which mobility / flexibility drills you should be doing outside the gym to increase your functional capacity.
